How we serve Placida
Placida is the far end of the county from us, down where SR-776 runs out toward the Boca Grande causeway. We serve it, we don't have anything down there, and we'd rather say that plainly. For a lot of what comes up you won't need to make the trip at all — and when you do, you get a real bench and an up-front quote rather than a shipping label.

From Placida the trip is long enough that it's worth two minutes on the phone to find out whether you need to make it: software problems, slowdowns, email trouble and post-update oddities can frequently be sorted remotely over a live screen-share while you watch what we do. Getting here from Placida
From Placida, head north on Placida Rd and pick up SR-776 through Rotonda and Englewood East, staying on 776 as it becomes McCall Rd and then El Jobean Rd into Port Charlotte. From there, US-41 (Tamiami Trail) — we're at 2320 S Tamiami Trl, Unit 7.
Walk-ins welcome during business hours — Mon–Fri 10 AM–5:30 PM, Sat 10 AM–2 PM. Or plan ahead and request a time online.

Yes — on-site service is one of the three ways we work (in-store, on-site, and remote). Call 941-625-TECH (8324) and tell us what’s going on; we’ll let you know if a visit is the right fit and set it up.
Can you fix my computer without me bringing it in?
Often, yes. Many software problems can be handled remotely — we connect over a live screen-share while you watch everything we do. Call first and we’ll tell you honestly whether remote help will work or the machine needs to come into the shop.
